The colors are rich and this kitty is a really decent size. I have it hanging on a wall because I haven't figured out how to hang it in a window yet. It looks great!

I saw the exact pattern for this CAT suncatcher on Amazon and the item was actual stained glass and it was rather expensive. So when I saw this item I was happy it was only $12.99, thinking it was maybe a smaller version of stained glass that the company was allowing to be sold to benefit animal rescue. When I received it I was disappointed that it was not "stained glass", nor even painted on acrylic. It is an acrylic in the same shape and it has some sort of matte sticker paper pressed into it. It is slightly translucent that if you have a bright window, the light would shine through, but it sort of has the effect of wax paper and the colors and not vivid. It is now discounted to a price of $9.99, which is a bit more reasonable for what you are getting and benefiting the organization as well. And I might add that the chain is nice. I am going to keep it and use the pattern to make my own hand painted version.
